Anyone who's been to Opening Day in Cincinnati knows no one does baseball better than the Queen City.

This year, we're going to read our way through the season with Cincinnati Reds historian Greg Rhodes and Greg Gajus, author of Baseball Revolutionaries: How The 1869 Cincinnati Red Stockings Rocked The Country and Made Baseball Famous.

Free to members; registration required. After the May and September sessions, we'll adjourn to Great American Ball Park to watch the Reds play.

Reading list:

  • May 15: Charlie Hustle, Keith O'Brien
  • June 25: Moneyball, Michael Lewis
  • August 7: The Soul of Baseball, Joe Posnanski
  • September 17: If I Never Get Back, Darryl Brock
