This is the poetry discussion for readers who say they don’t get poetry. If you feel intimidated by poetry, this is the group for you.

Poet and educator Kay E. Bancroft will demystify poetry by reading and discussing a variety of poems and poets. The group will read recognizable classics to the newest works.

The free sessions will be virtual. Registration required via ticketing on the first session, January 26, to receive Zoom meeting links.

Kay E. Bancroft (they/them) is a queer non-binary poet, educator, editor, and reviewer from Cincinnati, OH. They hold an MFA in Poetry from Randolph College, and a BA from the University of Cincinnati. They serve as Hybrid reader Longleaf Review.
