Silent Reading Party AND Book Shop & Swap

The Silent Reading Party is BACK (with a plot twist)! This time, Silencia has packed her bags and is on the road! We're reading, swapping, and shopping with The Friends of The Public Library Of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and Green Living By Design.

Bring a book — or pick one up here —and enjoy an evening reading in companionable silence in the gorgeous Green Living Market. Attendees receive a discount on Market purchases.

Additionally, you’ll be able to order from the Market menu, and shop for produce, select groceries, botanical gifts, or indoor/outdoor plants.

At the end of the evening, you can chat about what you’re reading, get recommendations from other bibliophiles, and go home with some new-to-you reads.

Need something new to read?

The Friends of the Public Library will have a select amount of used books for sale.

AND there’s a Book Swap.

Bring some books you want to send out in the world (no more than three, please) and be ready to bring a few home.
