Walnut Street Poetry Society celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024 and is the perfect group for people who love poetry, as well as people who want to develop a love for it.

Sessions are moderated by Dr. Norman Finkelstein, poet and recently retired professor of English at Xavier University, and Ohio Poetry Association President Holly Brians Ragusa.

The group meets in person the second Wednesday each month, except July & August. The first meeting of the year will be a kickoff celebration with live readings. Poetry selections for subsequent meetings will be emailed in advance of each session. Registration required.
