In Infant Mortality and Other Wicked Problems, Jill Haubner Miller and Dr. Meredith C. Smith provide a practical framework that can be used for tackling complex problems. The book tells the extraordinary story of how the Cincinnati community brought together healthcare providers, community leaders and residents, nonprofit organizations, and funders to create a radical model of care and support that finally moved the needle on its (tragic and persistent) wicked problem: infant mortality.
