Lachlan travels to Ohio with a culinary pedigree shaped by time at The French Laundry and as co-owner of Colorado's acclaimed restaurants Frasca Food and Wine and Tavernetta.
TOMMASO ZANUTTINI
Joining all the way from the Adriatic Sea is winemaker at Ronc Platat in the Colli Orientali del Friuli-Venezia Giulia -one of the most respected estates in the region.
