Some books we just can't wait to talk about.
The Library has a lot of discussion groups that will help you plan out your reading and strategically tackle a TBR. But sometimes, we read a book and just need to talk about it NOW, as soon as possible, with other readers. That's why we created Pop-Up Book Discussions.
Mercantile member David Pfaltzgraff-Carlson wants to start off the year with two books examining humans' place and responsibility in the world:
- January 14: The Arrogant Ape by Christine Webb
- January 28: We Are The Weather: Saving The Earth Begins at Breakfast by Jonathan Safran Foer
